ways to work together

My work has always centered around walking alongside women and birthworkers through meaningful seasons of life. Over the years, this has taken many forms, from clinical midwifery care to education, mentorship, and virtual support.

Each offering exists to meet you where you are, whether you are preparing for birth, looking for experienced guidance, or seeking space to reflect on your work in the world.

Below you’ll find the different ways we can connect.

Birthworker Support

Mentorship, reflection, and community

Supporting birth asks a great deal. Birthworkers often carry stories, questions, and experiences that benefit from thoughtful reflection and community.

Through mentorship, clarity sessions, and retreats, I offer spaces where birthworkers can reconnect with their purpose, process their experiences, and continue growing in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

Whether you are early on your path or have been attending births for many years, these offerings are designed to support you both professionally and personally.

Virtual Support

Thoughtful guidance wherever you are

Virtual support offers a way to receive experienced perspective and steady presence during pregnancy or while navigating decisions around birth and postpartum.

Many women seek virtual support because they want a place to talk through questions, understand their options, and feel supported without needing in person care.

This includes pregnancy support conversations, virtual prenatal consultations, and ongoing support throughout pregnancy.

hese sessions are designed to complement your existing care and provide a space where your questions and experiences can be explored with care.

"I had the honor to witness Blyss working her magic at her recent birth I was photographing. It was the first time I saw Blyss in her midwife vest, but I have known her for few years now since she was one of the creators the Sanctuary Wellness practice -one of the most successful midwifery practice in West Los Angeles.

I admire Blyss confidence, knowledge and bed side manners, but above all I love the compassion and intuition that are her natural gifts when she assists a laboring mom.

She is always wearing a reassuring smile on her face and even when birth turns out unpredictable ( it often does) she is so resourceful and makes sure mom receives the best support as possible.

She is a gem and blessing."  –DIANA H

Childbirth Education

Preparation with depth and perspective

Childbirth education is an opportunity to understand the physiological process of birth, explore options, and prepare with clarity and confidence.

Classes are designed to help families feel informed and supported as they move toward birth, with attention to both practical preparation and emotional readiness.

In Person Midwifery Care

Clinical care rooted in experience

I am a licensed midwife in California and continue to provide midwifery services within the scope of my licensure. My approach to care reflects decades of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with attention to both clinical safety and the emotional experience of this transition.

As I now spend more time living in Oregon, in person midwifery availability is limited and offered in accordance with state regulations. Please reach out directly to discuss current options and whether care may be available for your situation.
