How to Contact

I am available to my clients for urgent and emergent issues 24/7. In order to provide the high-touch level of care I value, there are some easy boundaries for communication that respect my personal time also. If I am at a birth or recovering from one, I may need a little extra time to respond to non-urgent issues. My clients are always very understanding of this but it’s often helpful to share the following:

By Email:
  • Blyss@BirthingBlyss.com

  • Anytime on any day

  • Response time 24-48 hours

  • Appropriate for non-urgent issues, questions or concerns.

  • If you do not receive a response in the time frame mentioned above, please reach out via phone/ text.

By Phone:
  • (310) 663-3706

  • I should pick up on the first try. If I do not, please leave a message and call back in 5 minutes. Also, follow up with a text message that it's an urgent issue.

  • Appropriate for emergencies, urgent issues, questions or concerns. This is something that should not wait 2-4 hours for a response. (See the accompanying ‘Warning Signs in Pregnancy’ for what these items are.)

  • If you have a non-urgent issue that you prefer to speak on the phone about, please email or text me to set up a phone appointment.

By Text:
  • (310) 663-3706

  • Please keep texting in between 9am-9pm Mon-Fri (Please note I try to take Saturdays and Sundays off so only text if urgent)

  • I usually respond in 2-4 hours during these days/hours, please call if your concern becomes urgent while you are waiting for a response.

  • Otherwise, I am usually happy to text with you about various things in between appointments.

Emergencies: In the event that you are not able to reach us within 10 minutes of an urgent need on our on- call line, please call Tania (805) 746-4509. This is for emergencies only.
