Mini mid life crisis

So its 2 weeks before my 42nd birthday...and something in me...started screaming...what the hell are you doing?? What is this life about? Are you happy? Is this it? Who are these people? If you say what you are really feeling, what's really in your heart, if you shake things up, make it real, will they stand by you? Answer seems to be no...most will not. Does that mean you've done something wrong? My reading and my gut says no.
